About Printify
Printify is an online print‑on‑demand and dropshipping platform based in Riga, Latvia, that enables merchants to create and sell custom products without holding inventory. Sellers connect their e‑commerce stores or marketplaces (such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and others) to Printify, design products like T‑shirts, mugs, posters, and accessories, and route orders directly to Printify’s global network of print providers. Printify then handles printing and shipping under the merchant’s brand, while the merchant pays Printify for production and shipping costs.
A Printify charge usually appears on a bank or card statement when you have an active Printify merchant account and are paying for order production, shipping fees, or a subscription plan. Common scenarios include per‑order charges for items your customers bought from your store, monthly billing for the Printify Premium subscription (typically around $29 per month, or a discounted annual plan), or test/initial transactions when you first connect a card or payment method. You may also see recurring charges if you’ve enabled automatic payments for order processing, or if an order was reprinted or re‑routed due to an address issue or production error.
To verify a Printify charge, log into your Printify account at printify.com and check your Orders and Billing/Payments sections for matching amounts and dates. Each order invoice lists line items for product, printing, and shipping, which should correspond closely to what you see on your statement (often labeled as “PRINTIFY*” or similar). If you still can’t identify the charge, contact Printify Support via the in‑app chat or through their Help Center at help.printify.com, or email support@printify.com with the last 4 digits of the card, charge date, amount, and any invoice IDs. For disputed or duplicate charges, you can request a review, cancel future automatic billing, or adjust your subscription directly from your account settings before contacting your bank or card issuer.
